Full Training and Support
Within the first 1-4 days upon arrival in China, we will conduct a series of seminars for our teachers, essentially broken into 2 distinct sections:
1.Your Working Life
2.Your Living in the Community
In relation to your Working Life, we will review topics such as:
– Lesson Preparation
– Lesson Planning
– Lesson topics of interest for each level of student
– Classroom Management
– Teaching Methodologies and this that relate to the Chinese classroom
– Working Environment with a Chinese School
And more
In relation to Your Living in the Community, we will review topics such as:
– Setting up your bank account, mobile phone, smart travel/transport cards
– Catching buses and subways
– Where and how to shop
– Requesting basic items (eg food) at shops and restaurants
– Show you around your apartment and the amenities and facilities available to you
– Meeting uo with some of our other teachers
– Introducing your to our community groups and our social media platforms
